  • Payment information — if you make a donation, your name, email address and payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details ourselves
  • Email address — if you contact us directly by email

We do not use third-party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and we do not use advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing donations and sending payment confirmations (via Stripe)
  • Responding to direct enquiries
  • Understanding aggregate visitor numbers to improve the site

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Payment Processing

Donations are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, a third-party payment processor. When you make a donation, you are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/gb/privacy. We receive confirmation of payment but do not store your card details. Your name and email address provided during checkout may be stored in our Stripe dashboard for accounting purposes.

5. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except:

  • Stripe — for payment processing as described above
  • Legal obligation — if required to do so by law or a regulatory authority

6. Cookies

aiveo.uk does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our site may use session-level technical cookies required for basic site functionality. No cookie consent banner is displayed because no non-essential cookies are set.

7. Data Retention

Visitor data is stored in aggregate form only and contains no personally identifiable information. Payment records are retained in our Stripe account for a minimum of seven years as required for UK tax and accounting purposes. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry.

aiveo.uk is hosted on Hostinger's secure servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Our site is served over HTTPS. Access to any stored data is restricted to the site operator.

  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to processing of your personal data
